We began working with this Bank, on a Remote Access Technology called Tarantella (since acquired by SUN Microsystems). This allows regular PC Users, to Access Unix/Linux or Mainframe Systems, from their Office Desk, or from a Remote Location.
We assisted with Initial Engineering Acceptance, through to Operational Launch, and have managed the 2nd Tier Support Desk since 2004.
This has included working with 3rd party Vendors, Internal Technology Compliance Officers, and Day to Day Users.
Over the last six years, we have changed our Support Staff, to reflect the need for different skill sets, and we have worked with different User and Technology Groups, as their usage has evolved.
Our contract is renewed on a six monthly basis, and we recognize the need to continually add value, and deliver the service needed.
